Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees may be applicable. Please submit an enquiry form with your location so I can provide an estimate for you.
Valet parking must be provided free of charge for all hotel bookings.
Some of us will not want lashes but it’s included in the price. Is it cheaper?
All my lashes are complimentary & a little gift from me to you. So, if you choose not to have any on the day that’s totally fine but unfortunately it doesn’t affect the pricing.
Will you travel for just one person?
If I am required to come to you a fee will apply. I am usually busy with group weddings on Fridays and weekends, and so not available for one person on those days. If you come to my Brinsmead studio, there is no minimum booking. If you are unsure, please enquire & we can chat!
Do you have a minimum amount of people required for a wedding?
For Bridal bookings on Friday & weekends, I require a minimum booking of 4 people. If you are unsure, please submit an enquiry and I’d be happy to chat.
Are you available on public holidays?
Yes! However, public holidays do incur a surcharge.
Should I get a trial?
Trials are encouraged as it’s the perfect opportunity for you to really sit, feel and get comfortable with what you actually want so that on the day you can just walk in with full confidence that everything was covered in your trial & the last thing you need to worry about is your makeup and hair. Saying that, I have over 20 years experience, so if you don’t wish to have a trial, I am completely confident I can create your look, without a trial beforehand.
Where do you do your trials?
Trials are all hosted at my home studio in Brinsmead and are charged the same booking rate. This appointment is a 1.5 to 2hr appointment where we can put into action the look you would love to try.
Is there anything I need to do before my trial or booking?
So you can really get the best out of your trial I recommend:
– Bring along inspiration photos either from my Instagram or something else you are in love with.
– White or neutral clothing or similar to your event outfit, along with accessories you plan to wear.
– A clean face without makeup.
– Spray tans – if you plan to tan for your day, I recommend tanning before your trial.
– Please arrive with clean, washed and blow-dried hair. Any arrivals with wet hair will incur an additional $30. Please do not use any products or straighteners.
When should I have my trial?
Most brides prefer to have their trial a couple of months before the wedding, once you have your dress, theme and location set. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to book in your trial at a time that suits you.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when you receive your confirmation email from me. Having a trial done does not automatically lock in your wedding/event date.
I don’t know how the morning is going to run & I’m nervous that there won’t be enough time & I will end up feeling rushed.
Let me ease your mind. I have been a part of more wedding mornings then I can think of & I have never felt stressed. I will always allocate more time then needed & work in with & photographer schedules with ease.
Will you have time to do other people on the day if they come to our room to have it done last minute?
If time permits I am more than happy to do so. This will be charged at the same cost p/person as your booking & paid up front before application begins.
What products do you use?
I only use high quality products such as Laura Mercier, Dior, Nudestix, Fenty, MAC, Giorgio Armani, Becca, Benefit and Tarte. These products will guarantee that your makeup is flawless and long lasting in our humid, tropical temperatures.
